Hey Josh, thanks for your comment! The office icons can be downloaded from: http://interfacelift.com/icons-mac/details.php?id=1516
As for your other question, do you mind clarifying it for me? If you are asking how to change the system programs such as finder and dashboard you can’t just change those without CandyBar, as I have tried different things but it doesn’t work. Changing icons for Applications included in OSX 10.4 are described in the Article above.

great site just wondering 2 things: where did you get your cool word and exel icons and the sytem folder there cool!!!!
and do you know how to change your systems default folders app files when new ones are created ect and the finder icon on 10.4
