Desktop computers: Troubleshooting wireless mouse and keyboard issues

 If you’re having trouble with your wireless mouse or keyboard, click the mouse to wake it up. If you’re still having issues, choose the link below that most accurately describes the symptom you are experiencing. Mouse is not recognized by the computer.  Keyboard is not recognized by the computer.  Keyboard or mouse intermittently stops responding Mouse doesn’t scroll up or down or side to side. Mouse does not track as expected (jittery, jumpy, slow, fast).
