20 Jul 2009If you’ve installed the Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 4, and then try to connect to a Final Cut Server via a web browser to download the Final Cut Server client, you may encounter some unexpected behavior. For example, the Final Cut Server client may download, but may not open automatically as expected. Also, in some cases, the Final Cut Server client may not open if you double-click the Final Cut Server desktop shortcut. Also, The Final Cut Server client file you download may appear with a generic application icon and may try to open with TextEdit or another application.
