How to view, manage and create PDF on Mac OS X

Did you know that in order to create, view and manage pdf files on your mac you do not need to download an extra application? In fact you don’t even need Adobe Reader.

The application called Preview handles it all for you. Preview actually goes beyond just PDFs. It is your application of choice to view any kind of graphic on mac. Preview allows your to view any picture format, PDFs, Faxes etc…

This is how you can quickly create a pdf on your mac:

When you have any document open, whether it be a web page, a picture, a word document, or anything that is printable, all you need to do is as follows:

– Go to File>Print or press COMMAND+P
create pdf - File Print

– From the print window select save as a PDF
create pdf - save as pdf

Apart from the guide here, I think the one below provide another way to manage the PDF documents much easier. It indicates clearly some good suggestionns, and also to manage the PDFs, and it only takes approximately 10 minutes to finish. Here is the link:
