Mac OS X Server v10.6: Do not use Migration Assistant with Mac OS X Server v10.6

Mac OS X Server v10.6 does not include Migration Assistant. Migration Assistant is intended for use on client Macs only; it is not intended to be used to migrate from a previous Mac OS X Server installation to Mac OS X Server v10.6.
