In the MobileMe pane of System Preferences (for Mac OS Xv 10.5.8 and Mac OS X v10.6; .Mac pane for Mac OS X v10.4.11), or the MobileMe Control Panel (Microsoft Windows), you can choose how often your computer syncs your Contacts, Calendars, and other data with MobileMe. Note: MobileMe members should use the latest available version of Mac OS X
