6 Nov 2009The Mac mini (Original) has a DVI-I port on the back of the computer that allows you to connect any display that uses a DVI interface. In addition, the Mac mini (Original) comes with a DVI to VGA adapter, if you prefer to connect a VGA monitor to your Mac mini. If you connect a DVI monitor to the Mac mini (Original), it can display digital resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 pixels, depending on your monitor. If you use the included DVI to VGA adapter, the display port supports analog resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 pixels, depending on your monitor.

To charge the battery, choose one of the options below: Connect the device to a power outlet using the included cable and an Apple USB power adapter to charge the battery. To charge the battery, choose one of the options below: Connect the device to your computer (not your keyboard) using the included cable to charge the battery and sync. Your computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode. If the device is connected to a computer that’s not turned on or is in sleep or standby mode, the battery may drain
The outside of the box said "Windows base machine or better", so I bought a Mac.
