20 Oct 2009The Apple Universal Dock is the ultimate iPod or iPhone docking solution. Any iPod with a dock connector or iPhone can fit into a single Universal Dock through the use of interchangeable inserts called Dock Adapters. The Apple Universal Dock includes five Dock Adapters that fit: iPod nano (4th and 5th generations) iPod touch iPod touch (2nd generation) iPod touch (Late 2009) iPod classic (80GB, 120GB, and 160GB) iPod with video (30GB) Original iPhone iPhone 3G iPhone 3GS The Apple Universal Dock also includes an Apple Remote.
If you purchased items from the iTunes Store and the only place you have them stored is on your iPod or iPhone, you can transfer them to any computer that is authorized for your iTunes Store account using iTunes 7 or later.

Restoring your iPod or iPhone permanently removes all workout data stored on the device.* * nikeplus.com maintains a record of your previously uploaded workouts. Restoring your iPod nano, iPod touch (2nd generation) or iPhone 3G S does not erase any previously uploaded workouts on nikeplus.com.
