You may see an upgrade notification message similar to the one below when you attempt to open an iWork document (a file created in Keynote, Pages, or Numbers). This message may occur when: The file you’re trying to open was created using a newer version of the iWork application than the one installed on your Mac. You have more than one version of iWork installed on your Mac, and your file is defaulted to open up in an older version of the iWork application.

iWork Update 3 is recommended for iWork 9.0, 9.0.1, and 9.0.2 users and includes fixes that enhance the compatibility and reliability of Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.

In many placeholder text boxes, Keynote provides preformatted bullet styles that match the theme you’re using, but you can change them. You can also change bullets to numbers and vice versa, or remove preformatted bullets from text. By default, free text boxes have no bullets or numbering, but you can add bullets or numbering to any text. You add, remove, and change the type of bullets or numbering in the Text inspector.

You can convert Keynote documents to PowerPoint files that can be viewed and edited by PowerPoint users on Windows or Mac OS computers.

If you subscribe to MobileMe, you can now use your iPhone or iPod touch to view and share Pages documents, Keynote presentations, Microsoft Office documents, PDFs and more. To view documents, simply select them. To share them with others, just tap the share icon and choose your recipients. iDisk will send them an email with a download link.
