Windows may display a 2727 installer error or restart pending message when you upgrade from Boot Camp 2.2 on a Mac running Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) to Boot Camp 3.0 on a Mac running Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard).

When you sync your iPod with iTunes, iTunes may display an error message that reads: “Attempting to copy to the disk failed. The disk could not be read from or written to.” When you update or restore your iPod, you may see this error: “Firmware update failure.

When installing iTunes for Windows, the installation may not complete and Windows may display the following message: “iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application.”

Xsan Admin may display the message “fsmpm not running” for a computer that is a member of the Xsan.

When you connect to Final Cut Server to download the Java Web Start file using a web browser, the webpage may display a message such as “File not found!” or “Object not found!”  The Final Cut Server installer will only install web server components to the default web site included with Mac OS X Server.

If your computer came with a more recent version of Mac OS X than the version of the Mac OS X Server installation disc that you are trying to use, that disc may not be able to start up your computer.  When you start the computer from the installation disc, the computer may display a blank or gray screen. In some instances, when installing Mac OS X Server over Mac OS X, the choice of Standard, Workgroup, or Advanced server configuration will not be offered.

Custom Stationery that is saved with images in it may display an “X” when viewed again. Additionally, the Stationery may not send images as expected.
