The most significant changes involve true 16:9 widescreen support that utilizes all 3.5 glorious inches of the iPhone or iPod touch screen, and a new browser for Dish Network users that has touch support and is native to iPhone OS, as opposed to pushing through the standard browsing screen used on TVs

Their purposes differ but most of them are designed to let you manage your movie queue. A new player is about to enter the arena: Netflix itself, who intends to bring “Watch Instantly” video streaming to the iPhone/iPod touch and the Nintendo Wii. At present Netflix streams over 12,000 movies and TV shows over a large variety of devices including Intel-based Macs . 18 Jun 2009Filed under: Analysis / Opinion , Rumors , Wireless , iPhone Citing an exclusive source from within AT&T, appmodo reports that “tethering support is coming later this summer” is AT&T-speak for “tethering support is coming at the end of July.” It won’t be coming cheaply, however; appmodo’s source says a tethering option will cost AT&T customers a whopping $55 a month. While this is cheaper than the $70 rumor that’s been making the rounds, it still strikes me as ridiculous that AT&T is charging additional money for this option in the first place.

7 Jun 2009SlingPlayer Mobile for the iPhone does what it says. But it’s crippled and has interface quirks that prevent using it from being a pleasant experience.
The outside of the box said "Windows base machine or better", so I bought a Mac.
